Get Picky INSPIRATION challenge

Wow love Get Picky!!!! the inspiration challenge was awesome!!! hmmm all those sweets...... YumYUM

I took my inspiration for my page from the lovely colours.... had to use a rainbow of colours, and thought I would use Sweet somewhere in my title and of course HAD to have a banner!! There were lots of different sweets so I thought lots must be going on in my layout!! haha.

Its not normally my style but hey... i had sooo much fun putting it together!

The pic is of my lil boy eating his fav...... chocolate custard!!! he cant get enough of it! hehe

I have used Echo Park papers, MLS alphas, thickers, lots of doodling, string, parasol, ribbons, brad and any other goodies i could find.

Stuck?! 1st November Sketch challenge

hey ya all!!!

well i have been a way bit slack lately.... scrapping has been going through my mind but just needed to get down n find time to scrap.

I thought I would use the Stuck 1st Nov sketch to give me some inspiration. I have had these little quick snaps for ages. I love using pics which show the little moments in nathans life.

I have used American Crafts Dear Lizzy and Making Memories papers. Lots of hand-stitching (not sure what gave me the urge!!). Finally brought a xyron.... wow!! makes it so easy to stick the circles down!!! Maya rd envelope, thickers n lotsa doodling.

Get Picky challenge

hi all!! haven't posted much lately... have been busy making a mini albulm for my mum (which I still need to photograph n put up!), then made an off the page project, just a mirror i decorated with pretty prima products.... and then i thought i would try out this new challenge site Get Picky.

ok well summer if def on the way! yay.
here are a few more lo's.... all boy pages, i really struggle with them, i really love working with flowers and not stars n buttons etc... haha

no limits - this one i have used a few scraps, lily bee and echo park, the background is glimmermist mixed with the new chalkboard i smudged them together when wet to give paint effect.

soft landing - this is of my little boy, pics of him trying to sit up... i put all cushions around him so if he fell he didnt hurt himself. i have used bella blvd for this lo.

just a quick post to show a few pages i have done in the last week or so..... i am really loving the sunny weather here in perth. so lovely!! must go n gets these pasty legs of my tanned!

favourtie auntie - i have used crate papers restoration papers for this lo.

gems - love the colours on this one, have used lilybee papers n used tissue paper, the flower is teresa collins blingage range... i have added tulle in between the layers to give it a bit more boost.

always love - this is of me n hubby on our wedding day. have used websters pages n core-dinations for this page.

hey ya all... i have been so slack lately havent posted any of my work so here is a mega post. Will try n keep the chit chat down to minimum.

Just Me - have done the LO for The Colour Room #23

Speedy Gonzales - I really love this new paper range from My Minds Eye, Alphabet Soup.... very good for lil kiddies

U & Me - I have used a dress pattern for the background and used a Glue Stick to stick it down so it is all crinkled up. I love the new Prima vine n flowers!

Fly - this i have done for Anna's Craft Cupboard sketch for Sept. I luv these bright papers.... ummmm they are Bella Blvd.

Goodbye Sister - this is a photo my mum gave me to scrap. I am eventually going to do up a mini album for her photos. Used a prima vine here too.

Albany - this is of our 1st holiday together with little Nathan in Albany.... i really struggle with Double LO's... so hard. I have used Cosmo Cricket papers.

Anyways its a beautiful day in perth today!! loving the spring weather.
