1,2,3 Challenge LO
What a winters day!! I really don't like winter but I do enjoy listening to the wind and the rain. Wish I had an open fire to keep nice and warm. Good weather for watching movies though, and scrapbooking!!
Anyways here is my LO for the July 123 Challenge. Technique is Grunge, Word - Passion, and colour red. http://www.ourbrightstarsandus.typepad.com/123challenge/
I have used: Kaisercraft & Sassafras papers, Hambly screen print, hesin, al foil, MLS & Heidi Swapp alphas, playing card, kaiser rubons, portacraft sticker, 7 gypsies stickers, brads, staples, kaiser ink and chalks, black acrylic paint (used a mini sprayer to mist), red nail polish.
Its a but of a different style LO to what I am used to but had a great time using the paint.
Anyways, I have a kinda busy weeek, I am looking forward to Wednesday - scrappin' at a friends, i just really hope my creative juices will be flowing (they aren't atm!!).

been a bit slack......
hey ya all!!
i have been rather slack lately haven't posted any of my work!!
This one is called "Oi! Don't Squint". I did this for the Kraft It Up challenge for June. It was a minimalist challenge. http://kraftitup.blogspot.com/
I have used Kraft!, sassafras paper, Websters storytellers, Hambly transparency, Jenni Bolin bingo card, button, twine, making memories ticket, staples, glimmermist, and a white paper bag that you get all your scrap papers in from the shop.

This next one was for the colour challenge at Savvy http://www.scrapbooksavvy.com.au/store - colours to use were Red, Brown, Black, Orange.... its a picture taken about 2 years ago when we went down to Pemberton for a holiday its called "Nothing beats climbing a good tree"
I have used: Bazzill, Sassafras & BG papers, BG sticker, Kaiser Rubon, the girls paperie die cuts, string, staples, ribbon, kaiser ink

The criteria of the challenge were- Paint smear background, Word - New (it is in my journalling), Colour - white.
I really enjoyed doing this page..... i call it my white-on-white page apart from the blue background.... but all other components are white based.
I haven't used any PP either.... I was so surprised when I was writing my products used list.......
I have used:
Cardstock - Bazzill
Transparency - Hambley
Embellishments - 2crafty chipboard, The Girls Paperie die cut journal tag, Embroided lace, Kaiser Pearls, Prima pearls, Gauze
Alphas - Heidi Swapp
Other - White acrylic paint, Tattered Angels Glimmermist, silver pen, Creative Memories butterfly punch, scraps of paper, staple
You have just gotta luvvv scraps of craft ribbons etc - thanks Mum!!!
